Out-Of-Body Experiences, Lucid Dreams and Paranormal Experiences From Zia

“I often experience the sleep paralysis and couple times I had out-of-body experience. It was when I was a teenager. I was sleeping in the same room with my brother, suddenly I woke up and saw my brother sleeping there. I walked around the room and looked around, walked into the other room and watched the situation, and then I came back into my room. I was surprised that I saw myself sleeping there. I wasn’t panic at all, afterward I woke up (again) and wondering if I was dreaming. Then I walked around the room and saw everything exactly the same as what I saw before in “dream”. I looked at my brother. he was sleeping exactly the same way I saw, his face direction, hand and leg position and everything, and so the other room situation. That’s why I think I experienced out-of-body.

Another paranormal experience is about dream comes true. It’s not day dreaming. It happened for the first time also when I was teenager. I was sleeping and dreaming about my grandfather. He was still alive at the moment. In my dream he told to me to come to his house at 2.00 PM, and then I asked why. He asked me to read certain verses of the sacred book that used to become ritual when someone died. The next day my grandfather died, and about at 2.00 PM, the people and I did the ritual. I didn’t notice it until I feel like deja-vu, then I remembered that I was dreaming it at the other night. I experience that kind of dream several times. It’s not big matter, e.g I dreamed about what my friend did to me, and It happened the next day exactly the same way, dreamed about my sandal was torn, and several simple dreams. However I never know what dream comes true until it happens and sometimes followed by deja-vu.
The last dream I noticed is about 4 years ago when my wife was pregnant about 5th month. In my dream I saw clearly how my baby was failed to be born alive. It happened the next two days exactly the same way I saw in my dream.

I met some people who think they are paranormal. There was once a man ask me if I used magic to make myself attractive. It’s pretty shocking me when suddenly he asked and convince me that he knew it. I don’t understand what he say, and he asked to reveal the secret which honestly I don’t have. The other day I met two persons discussing about me. I knew it after one of them told me. She said there was something in me that they cannot clearly describe. She said there’s a kind of energy surrounding me. It’s not black, it is grey rather than white. She became a good friend for me then. She told me many things from her point of views. She said when I got anger the energy pushed her until she couldn’t breath when she was around although I wasn’t angry with her. She told me that a girl spirit is following me all the time because attracted by the energy. I was like her father that not because of handsome but no woman can resist I don’t want to believe it . She was a good girl, I don’t think she lied to me, she told me what she experienced in her perspective. She was a good friend of mine when talking about paranormal. Unfortunately she died about 4 years ago.

My point is without knowing what happen in spiritual world my life goes on the way it does. That’s why I said spiritual world is parallel, and spiritual argument is personal belonging since I cannot debate and I don’t have “the language”. There can be someone see you spiritually, he tells you this and that, and he doesn’t lie. It is nice to know, but don’t be influenced too much. we have very few resources to know it. Maybe he see more than what we see, but it doesn’t mean he knows completely. I can accept that someone see ghost. however the way they see it couldn’t be free from perception. I can understand that it is hard for them to explain just as hard as we explain red, green, or blue to someone with color-blind eye.

For some people it’s like magic experience, but for me magic is everywhere. Because there are two ways to see this world: Everything is ordinary or Everything is magic

Sleep Paralysis or Ghost Attack?

When we get it, we do not know what it is, we ask ourselves various questions, if this is real! Yes, let’s discuss this topic when you are isolated on your bed and think your end is near…

Imagine, you are sleeping on your bed, suddenly, you cannot move, every part of your body remains immobile, your legs do not move, your hands and arms the same, and the worst, you cannot breathe, what is this? A sleep paralysis or…a ghost attack?

Sleep paralysis is a common type of paralysis where most people in our planet have experienced at least one time in their life. Personally, I have experienced it about twice I think, and I was so afraid. People who have Narcolepsy may get it often and according to some doctors specialized in neurology argue that this type of paralysis is also occurred because of migraine! Sleep paralysis may be dangerous sometimes as someone can get hallucinations, in fact scary hallucinations like seeing a ghost for instance or other forms of paranormal. Moreover, when having these hallucinations, a person can have an out-of-body experience which is more horrific. I do not know if sleep paralysis can lead you to death as I am not a doctor or work in medical field, but as mentioned above, sometimes you find yourself very difficult to breathe in this process.

From sleep paralysis, some persons think that they have been attacked by ghosts. Religious preachers will take it mostly as an attack from a demon! It is important to know that in a process of sleep paralysis which hallucinations play a major role, our brain can think thousands of things at a time, we will no doubt think a spirit has attacked us, or we have been abducted by an alien, etc… The person may not think at that time that he or she has experienced just a mental disorder because sleep paralysis is a real scary aspect.

My opinion is that sleep paralysis has nothing to do with spirit attack, it is just a mental disorder process. Sometimes, people should be more realistic than thinking all sorts of things. How can we say that a ghost has attacked us? I do not think someone  who has experienced sleep paralysis has met a spirit and both each other have talked! To tell you frankly, each time I have got a sleep paralysis, I  prayed after that and I am a guy who rarely pray, because I always fear that I have been attacked, and I think it is something normal to do at that time in such a scary paralysis. But then we realize…it is just an attack, nothing else, no ghost or Satan is concerned! Have you ever experienced a sleep paralysis? Tell me about it…

Amazing Paranormal Experiences!

I have just got some paranormal experiences from a guy who lives in Netherlands. You can read his full experiences below.

“I was on a holiday in Sweden, and on MSN with a friend (who was in Holland). he thought it would be funny to do a little research about mind getting loose of body etc. He couldn’t get the rest to do it, but as soon as i sat comfortable and closed my eyes, I felt like something wanted to got loose from my body. It felt really relaxed but also scary. Then I got out of my body and I saw myself sitting there and I got out of the window,I looked up to the stars and got higher and higher, and then traveled to the home of my friend (where I had never been before). this happened in a second. Then I could see the room of my friend blurry but recognizable. I looked around and saw him sitting behind his laptop. I touched him and he shivered then I opened my eyes. From the one moment to the other one, I got back in my body and told what I experienced to my friend. He confirmed what I had seen, and he also felt something cold in his room and touch him.

I really experienced this and it was scary but also very exiting. I also tried to do it again, but I didn’t come further than seeing all around the house. I also can control my dreams and share sometimes the same dreams with friends (and almost always with my girlfriend). I don’t know if this is something which is common around the world?

With my friends I also sometimes go out of the house (at night) to just go walking and looking at the sky. about twice a month we see UFO’s and thrice it became so close that we became scared and ran home. I think most of the times it could be a spy plane or something like that, but not always, sometimes it’s just to quick (going a few km in a sec.) to be a plane or something like that. And of course, who doesn’t want to know if we are not alone out there? I believe in aliens and truly believe they are already here.

I also saw once in Sweden (Idre, to be exactly) a sort of green neon light arrow falling with great speed out of the night-sky, but it looked like it was crashing. then it disappeared behind the trees and mountains. (this is also my first UFO experience, I was 10/11 years old then)

I also have a few ghost experiences, but those aren’t really great, (i can sometimes feel my death cat laying next to me (while of course he is not (sadly, cause I truly miss him) ) and sometimes I see things in my eye corners and sometimes I think I see something and when I blink a second time it’s gone.

The greatest experience with something was at a holiday in France, I was taking a hike with camping-friends and mom and dad, and then it became dark (very quick) we saw a shadow lurking from tree to tree and on the way home we saw white parts of fog in the forest. there was also an abandoned house where of a sudden became a purple light in the window upstairs. I have never been so scared in my life (i still have nightmares about that)

Is Life A Mystery?

Life, a very beautiful word, we usually say life is precious so preserve it, but what is life for you? What is the importance of living? Today, I will give my opinion on life!

Firstly, you are born, you grow and get education, your parents give you the maximum affection and love. Then you attend college, you meet new guys, make new friendships, after that you go to university, get married, become a parent, then die, thus, this is the cycle of life, as you have noticed, I have not described anything negative yet!

Now let’s dig more into the subject, not everyone is lucky to be rich, I mean to have a good standard of living, imagine these orphans in this world, how painful it is to live without parents, imagine these poor people who are still living in huts, in absolute poverty where there is no proper medical care and nutrition, imagine people who are born or become handicapped in their life, imagine someone loses a relative or friend in an accident, well, I can list hundreds of points here, so why life has all these pains? Why we have to be in pain? What is the purpose of life, you come here as a complete noob, and you do not know what reserves you later!

Perhaps you are rich, or simply you are living in a good house, have food, cars, internet, money and so on, but have you thought of these people who are not lucky like you? Have you thought that there are people in this world who have never enjoyed electricity in their life? Why you are enjoying everything while others are unlucky? Ask yourself by sitting down under a tree and think of life for 5 minutes, think why you came in this nasty world full of pains just like you are burning in blue flames, think of people who are unlucky, then perhaps you will get some answers!

I am not perfect, of course you will think why I am losing my time to write this post when I am myself a sinner, yes, I am a sinner like you, everyone sins in this world, nobody is perfect, but I think beyond my mind, I devote myself to the mystery of life, I help people when I get an opportunity, because I fully believe we have come here to achieve something good!

More than one year ago, I was walking on the road and saw a man who was bleeding in his head lying down… There were 3 women near him, so I asked:

Me: “What happened to him?”

The women: “We don’t know, we saw him here…”

Me: “You’ve not phoned the police or an ambulance?”

The women: “No, perhaps he’s a drunkard, let him!”

Me: “So because he may be a drunkard, you have to neglect him? If he was your family then you would call, you’re all bloody hypocrites who deserve curses until you all die….”

The women entered their yard, I took out my mobile to phone the police which they came after… I am NOT flattering myself for describing this good action of mine here, but think, even that person perhaps was a drunkard, so does it mean you should neglect him? Would you accept if he was your Dad or any relative? No, right? So why that cruelty and hypocrisy within us, particularly these women?

Another account, yesterday I went to the local health center to do my daily treatment as I have just been operated. When returning, I saw  a car in front of me, where an old man who was tremendously weak to death, opened the door to enter the premises. There was another young guy with him, what shocked me was how can that young guy left that old man totally alone without holding his arm to help him to enter the health care center! I had to hold that man in front of him, then helped him to walk! You know what, just when I was holding his arm, that young guy went away with his car!

People do not realize that they can possess several items, they can buy all things but they will never succeed to buy love and health! What is the use to have foreign car, big house, food, well everything, when you are hypocrite, egoist, and a person without feeling? Or what is the use to have all these when you are having a really bad health? I am not against rich people, in fact I dream to be rich, but being rich does not make you God, thus all I am trying to say that you must help others, you must finance poor people, give donations etc… Do not forget, you will be 6 feet in earth before your money ends!

Life is a total mystery, and the reality is in front of your eyes if you think of it for some minutes, you have come here for a mission, you have been destined for something, whether you have been born or become handicapped, or you are poor and do not possess anything, or simply you have lost someone, you have to know that you cannot change your destiny! Furthermore, why people like to say to enjoy massively because life is short? I know someone who has drunk like a pig in a birthday party, and died in an accident when returning home, you know what? That person said he was going to explode himself in the party as life is short! Life is short yes, I fully agree that you must enjoy yourself, but everything has a limit, if you keep enjoying yourself everyday, who will be responsible for your life or who will contribute in the mission you got in this world?

I think to enjoy yes, but be responsible also! I know several kinds of readers will read this post, whether you are an Atheist, Agnostic or Believer, your objective is the same! True life is in afterlife, I am a massive believer of Near Death Experience (NDE) and Afterlife, I have researched a lot on these two fascinating topics, this life is purely physical with full of pains, all I can say to all people who are suffering, be strong and courageous, always think that the real life is in afterlife, and those who are living happily, try to help others who are unhappy a bit, at least you can know that you have accomplished a good task in this current life!

If you read Deathbed Visions and Near Death Experience (NDE) true encounters, you will learn a lot! I will not discuss about hallucinations, diseases or mental disorders that people can get here, I will go directly to the main real part, if you analyze true encounters, perhaps your life can be changed, even great doctors agree with NDE and Deathbed Visions, thousands of scientific experiments have been undertaken and all revealed that persons who experienced these phenomena were really true! All people who have returned on earth after an NDE say the same thing that they have not yet completed their mission on earth! To those who have illnesses or handicapped, all these disappear after dying according to some experiences.

I mention it again, I am NOT an Angel or a Saint, I am just a simple guy who thinks of life everyday, all in this post is a little advice of mine, of course you can reject it, all I know is the message has been transmitted! I am a sinner like you, all I want to say is a little good actions of us can change this world to heaven! So, cooperate…this world is just an illusion, the true world is the spiritual one…
