The Mystery Of Tunguska

On 30th June 1908, the day was not the same for the inhabitants of Tunguska, situated in Siberia! A weird explosion occurred, devastating everything in its passage causing many deaths and other colossal damages.

Several theories have been raised to explain the mysterious explosion of Tunguska. Different scientists, archaeologists, geologists, astrophysicists, etc…have researched immensely on this matter, until they reached conclusions which may perhaps make you puzzled! Some of the fascinating theories from them are as follows:

A nuclear bomb

Let’s start with the nuclear bomb! Some theorists have argued that perhaps a nuclear bomb was tested there, and was exploded during the test itself. However, this theory has been contradicted because at that time, the Soviet did not have the capabilities to create a nuclear weapon. In fact, it was at the beginning of the 1940s that the Soviet started researching on nuclear bombs. Even in some places, radiation was recorded, however, many contradictions exist against the theory of nuclear bomb.

Unidentified Flying Object (UFO)

The theory that supports a UFO may had caused the huge explosion was from Alexei Zolotov, a Soviet scientist! This may be a joke for you, but as that time no proper solutions existed to support the cause of the explosion, people started to think any kind of possibilities, including the Alien theory.

Meteorite

One of the theories to support the explosion of Tunguska is a meteorite perhaps was the origin of all. This theory may be the final one, as it is more genuine and all evidences gathered support it. Even the first scientist who investigated the Tunguska site at that time, Leonid Kulik, admitted no doubt the explosion was caused by a giant meteorite. Nevertheless, other school of thoughts have denied that a comet was its origin because no proof of a crater has been found after the impact! If a meteorite had crashed in Tunguska, a crater should have been formed, but no such crater was found! Due to the advanced development in the world of science from the 1960s, scientists claimed that no crater was necessary for such event as the meteorite had exploded in the air at a higher attitude before crashing on earth. As it exploded in the air itself, the energy released was so powerful that the landscapes were destroyed with fire. Even the inhabitants who survived at that time saw something huge and luminous coming from the sky and it blasted so fast and so loud!

Other anomalies had been recorded in Tunguska such as electronic devices stopped working, UFO apparitions, weird electronic noises, and strange lights sometimes appearing. As there is no evidence to debunk these anomalies, we cannot say anything on them. However, for the electronic devices to not functioning correctly, it is because the soil is magnetic in some areas there. The magnetic aspect in the soil also proves the theory of the meteorite.

Therefore, no such atomic bomb or UFO had destroyed Tunguska! Everything happened because of a meteorite. Mystery solved!

The Iron Pillar Of New Delhi Is Not A Mystery!

If you are a fan of mysteries, perhaps you have heard about the Iron Pillar of New Delhi. This pillar is classified among the most popular mysteries worldwide. Let’s talk about it…

The pillar is made of pure iron and it weights about 6 tons, it is situated in New Delhi near the vicinity of Qutab Minar. The legend says that the iron was not on its actual place in the ancient era, it was normally located at Vishnupadagiri and it was constructed for the Hindu Gods like Vishnu and others. There are two mysterious facts about this iron, the first one is how it has been moved from its original place to the actual place, and the second is, as it has been made in pure iron metal, why it has not rusted since hundreds of year!

Many will believe that this iron had been moved by humans, no doubt. There is no paranormal in this. Even if it had, contradictions would exist to debunk the mystery. Apart from that, concerning that the iron has not been rusted for many years, scientists have examined the pillar and concluded that a thin-film which is on the iron, is protecting it from weather changes and others.

Based on a superstition, it is said that if you hug this pillar, all your wishes will be accomplished…

 

El Dorado, A Myth?

Perhaps you have heard someone says ‘El Eldorado’, here the version and context is different. El Dorado is among the most famous mysteries in the world.

The name El Dorado was given to an Indian chief, in South American regions in the early 15th century. The Indian chief had the same attributes like a Mayan priest, but something special about him was gold. As you know, Indians in ancient eras took gold as sacred, and often associated it to Gods. If you had gold with you, you were considered as a servant of Gods, or an important person.

Based on this legend, it is said that the chief had a large amount of gold, jewels and others in a ritual ceremony. After the ritual, the chief dropped all the gold stuffs in a lake, Guatavita. After some decades, the Spanish had heard about that story of gold, and they planned to search them. Unfortunately, neither they found the chief nor the gold, even they did find the lake.

Other treasure hunters went to the lake to find the gold but in vain.  The Spanish in that era did try to make the lake dry, and they failed. We are still trying to find if this story is real or not, it may be a legend, but it can be real as well.

 

The Mystery Of Marfa Lights

People who live in Texas, particularly in the town of Marfa will know about the mysterious lights which often appear at night! This phenomenon has been baptized as the Marfa Lights!

It is said that these lights are paranormal or perhaps from Unidentified Flying Objects (UFO). The aspect of paranormal or UFO related to the Marfa Lights is originated since a long time ago. According to its origin, a woman was passing on the street with another person, and they both saw some strange lights appearing far away from them.

The lights did not move too much, they thought that perhaps they were fire, but when they glanced carefully, they did not have an explanation of these lights, thus, they created a superstition, and named it, the ‘ghost lights’, in other words, these lights they saw were from ghosts! Well, it sounds stupid of course, but this is how superstition is created, when there is no evidence and also studies conducted!

In reality, the Marfa Lights have nothing to deal with the paranormal. They are just lights from vehicles on the road. Scientists and science students from universities have studied this matter near, and they found that these lights are purely man-made, from automobiles. If you watch some videos on Marfa Lights or just go there, you will clearly see that these lights have nothing to do with paranormal.

Taos Hum

 

Have you ever heard about the Taos Hum mystery? It is among the top paranormal phenomena in the world, as no accurate explanations have been given until now to debunk it.

Taos is a town located in the New Mexico, it is famous for the mysterious hum which you can hear there. A hum is a low-frequency sound, however, not all people can hear it. It is said that the hum is a paranormal aspect, but scientists deny it and they have conducted many scientific experiments trying to solve this so-called ‘mystery’. Unfortunately, it can be said that they have failed in their tasks!

Some explanations for this are that this sound perhaps is being generated by industries, or electronic devices. Moreover, another explanation is the ocean waves, which are making this sound. In addition, the sound can be from our own ears itself, but this is not a good explanation as thousands of persons’ ears cannot produce this sound. The only remaining theory is that perhaps the nature is generating the sound, but why we cannot still prove it? It is clear science has no proper answer for this!

We have thousands of languages in this world, people write and speak differently, we have successfully decrypted several scripts written in various languages and styles, but only one which we have failed, the Voynich Manuscript!

The Voynich Manuscript is dated around the 15th century, and is said to come from Italy, until now, no one has discovered in which language the manuscript has been written. Many persons specialized in languages, cryptography and so on have tried a lot to unveil the contents of this manuscript but in vain. When this manuscript has been discovered, many pages were missing, thus resulting in an incomplete book.

The Voynich Manuscript contains several articles on plants, and other similar information, it seems that the writer of it had written in a continuous way as no trace of mistake and correction have been detected when they analyzed the articles. Normally, we know that the Egyptians in ancient eras had the habit to write without committing a single mistake, but the Voynich Manuscript is said to be originated from Europe, so, what this famous manuscript is talking about? We can think that perhaps the texts consist of remedies from plants, or may deal with health matters, but what is so secret in the articles that we humans cannot decrypt? Does this manuscript reveal splendid solutions of how to live longer? Or how to live forever? Or even how to cure diseases which have no remedies until today? This is the main mystery of the articles in the manuscript!

The Voynich Manuscript does not contain articles related to plants but also others such as biological, astronomical, and much more. We still ask questions if this manuscript contains important messages to humanity. The name Voynich was given after Wilfrid Voynich discovered the manuscript, specialists and historians claim that perhaps Wilfrid himself may have written the manuscript for popularity, but no proof has been found to support this! Other theories are declaring that the manuscript contains false information, it is a hoax, but how can we say the articles are fake or invalid when no one has been able to decrypt the contents?

This manuscript has to be decrypted, perhaps it contains hidden and coded messages which can help humanity in many ways.

UFO researchers, conspiracy theorists, or even normal civilian, believe that these lights were no doubt coming from a spaceship and it was in triangular shape. It was so huge according to some witnesses, more than the size of a football playground, even some experts in photography share the same opinion. The governor at that time, Fife Symington, denied that these lights were from a UFO, but a decade later he even agreed that he saw a flying saucer himself, so why such hypocrisy and lie? The government claimed that these lights were from military flares, but expert in military rejects this version because flares are not released in a place where there are civilians, as this can cause damages, in addition to this, why flares in these regions? A photo did release from the military to illustrate that these lights were truly from flares, but again as usual, the government wanted to cover up this matter, because the photo they released was totally different from what people saw!

We must not forget this event occurred in Nevada as well, and when we talk about Nevada, only one thing comes in our mind, Area 51, the most famous secret military base in the world, which is said to deal with super high-tech technologies in collaboration of extra-terrestrial beings! These lights did appear again after 1997!

The world was shocked when they learned the assassination of the American president, John Kennedy in 1963. This post is not on John Kennedy here, but the mysterious woman who was present on that day, the Babushka Lady!

Who was that woman photographed on that day? Several experts still question themselves but no evidence has been found until now about her identity! The federal suspected, a woman named Beverly Oliver, claimed to be the Babushka Lady, but later, according to the American authorities, it was not her as in an investigation she revealed that she was using a camera on that day where the model did not exist in the 1960s!

Conspiracy theorists think perhaps the woman was involved in the assassination of John Kennedy, still, no concrete proofs have been found. In fact, the assassination of the American president still has controversies, some conspiracy theorists say it was done by the secret organization, Illuminati, while others are saying it was done by political parties!
