2012, A Myth Or Reality?

OK, you are aware our world will end on 2012? Funny right, but it is true for some guys! Let’s study this topic…

The concept that the world will end on 2012 is originated from the Maya, a civilization existed during 2000 BC to 900 AD in the South American countries. Today, a small Mayan  community does exist but they are not like their ancestors were before, in other words, they can be considered as modern Mayans. The Mayans were intelligent, they were recognized for their contributions in Astronomy and Mathematics. They had constructed several pyramids which are still exist today as illustrated below:

According to the Mayan prophecies, their calendar ends on December 2012! It is important to state that ONLY their calendar will end on 2012, not the world. Rumors and misinterpretations of their prophecies have brainwashed millions of people globally that the world will end on 2012. What is disturbing, the persistent increase in fake information on internet have really affected the mind of people. Even a movie has been released on 2012 which in another sense, jeopardized viewers to display how the world will end with huge Tsunamis, earthquakes, etc…

Moreover, it is not the first time we are hearing that the world will end on a particular date. Recently, a Christian pastor in US argued the world will end on May 2011 based on his calculations on the Holy Bible, did the world end? No! Theories similar like this exist in hundreds! If you study sacred books, they did give us signs before the doomsday occurs, thus, we cannot say when it will end, human beings cannot predict when this day will happen, except we all know that the Sun will die in 5 billion years and so our earth!

  1. I have experience, I smile remembering it, though it’s not funny actually.
There was a paranormal woman who shared to public that end of the world would be at 2010 (if I am not mistaken the year). and Then I told my friend who discussed it with me a little joking that 2010 was not the end of the world BUT could be the end of her world.
And then she died in 2010.
I cannot blame her for telling what she gets from her vision. However it was her perception.
It is us to learn to see things wisely. :)

    • Thank you for commenting! You have posted your experience as comment in the post “Do you believe in God”, I want to know before I approv the comment, can I post your experience as a post itself so that all people can read? If yes, then I will not approve the comment as it will be duplicate post, so let me know if you want I publish it as an article itself!

  2. yeah…. yeah… I know.. in Moslem Jesus called Isa….
and we believed that Isa is a Prophet of Allah.. and I don’t want debate on religion.. just share… sorry if that offense you..
but the point is… there will be signs before doomsday… and there will be no one survive on that day..

  3. I agree with this. Because if we read the holy bible of Al-Qur’an.
A prophet named Isa will come down the earth and guide the lost soul into a good way for 40 years, then a sign for the doom days will be started with the sun which rise from west. And there will be no one survive on doom days. Well, I just share my knowledge… no racist of religion.
